Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your women's or girls' clothing items, we accept returns within 07 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your original item, we'll ship out your exchange immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
